Airtel Inbound Process

Airtel Inbound Process is based out of D-263 Krishna Park. It is situated on Devil Road in the Khanpur area of New Delhi-110062. The name of the road always gets a bit of a laugh from people who aren't from around here. Our office is not very big, just a room full of desks and computers where we handle calls all day. It gets quite noisy because everyone is talking at the same time, trying to help people on the other end of the line. Krishna Park is a lively neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a functional workspace. We deal with the inbound side of things for Airtel, so the phones never really stop ringing from the moment we sit down. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the small shops nearby where we can grab a quick bite. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi heat. We are just regular people doing a regular job. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of coffee, ringing phones, and people trying to get through their shifts. We have been at D-263 for a decent amount of time now, and most of the locals know where we are. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary complications or fancy decorations in the office.
