Airtel Arc (Airtel Relationship Center)

This Airtel Arc is situated at House No: 283 in Sector-Ii, Type-Ii of Sadiq Nagar. It’s more of a residential-style building, so it feels a bit different than the big glass offices downtown. We’re right here in New Delhi-110049. Most of the time, the center is filled with people asking about their phone bills or why their internet isn't working right. It gets pretty cramped when more than five people are waiting. We have a few chairs lined up against the wall. The fan hums pretty loudly in the afternoon heat. Working in Sadiq Nagar is okay because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets. We know the postman and the people who live nearby. Our desks are usually covered in forms and those little SIM card packets. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at computer screens. Sometimes the system is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit longer, which isn't always fun. We try to keep the water cooler filled because it gets thirsty in here. It’s a basic setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We just handle the daily walk-ins and try to get through the stack of queries before we close up for the evening. It’s just a regular local relationship center where we do our best with what we have.
