It is just a room where we sit with our computers and phones. We handle travel details for people who come in or call us. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't have any scripted ways of talking. We just speak plainly and try to get the work done. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quite peaceful. We like the balance. We don't spend our time on big marketing plans or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local business in Noida trying to do a decent job. If you walk into D-124, you’ll see a lot of maps and old files. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who drops by. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and our customers. We usually stay until the sun goes down.
