Our main spot is Flat Number 102 in Madhav Bhavan, located in the Kureni area of Narela. If you know Narela, you know it’s an industrial kind of place with a lot of warehouses and trucks constantly moving around. Working out of a flat instead of a big warehouse has its challenges, but we make it work by staying organized. We handle a lot of packing and shipping, which means there are always rolls of tape and piles of cardboard boxes everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a workout lugging packages up and down, but we’re used to it by now. The air in Narela is always a bit dusty because of all the construction and the factories, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. We aren't some big corporate logistics firm with fancy software; we mostly rely on our hands and our memory to keep track of what goes where. Sometimes we stay up late packing things to make sure they’re ready for the early morning pickup. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot and the fans just move the warm air around, but we get the job done. We just want to make sure people's stuff gets to where it needs to go in one piece without costing them a fortune. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us grounded in the local community.
