Airone Aviation Academy

You can find us in Ghaziabad at B-1/2, Bank Enclave. We are quite close to the Shastri Nagar D Block. The academy is set up in a building that’s been here for a long time. We have several rooms dedicated to training people for jobs in the sky and on the ground. It’s a simple setup with rows of chairs and some computers for the students to use. We don’t have any fancy simulators, but we have enough equipment to show how things work. The day usually starts with us opening up the rooms and getting the lesson plans ready. We spend a lot of time going over the same material because it’s important to get it right. Some of the students come from quite far away, so we try to make the classes worth their time. The office area is small and usually has a stack of application forms on the desk. We don’t have a lot of staff, so we all take turns doing the cleaning and making sure there’s water for everyone. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We aren't trying to act like a big university; we are just a local academy helping people learn a trade. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when two classes end at the same time, but we just manage the crowd. It’s a good, honest place to work and learn in Ghaziabad.
