We are located right in Honda Market in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. It is a busy little market area where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our shop is just a small unit filled with desks and a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. There is always a lot of dust from the road, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We have a few computers that we use to look up flight information and print out tickets. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes, which is frustrating, but we make do. It is a very simple operation. We don't have any big corporate logos or fancy uniforms. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here handling the paperwork and answering questions from people who walk in from the market. The sounds of the market are always in the background—scooters, people shouting, and music playing from a nearby store. We take our tea breaks together when things quiet down a bit in the afternoon. It is the kind of place where things are done the old-fashioned way, with a lot of talking and double-checking everything on paper. We are just local folks running a business in Pilibhit. We don't try to pretend to be a giant company. We just focus on getting the tickets right and making sure the shop stays open on time every morning.
