We have been operating out of this flat for a while now. The address is 110095 if you are looking it up. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is quiet once you get inside. We have some computers set up and a few filing cabinets that are probably too full. It is just a small group of us here. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the park and you can hear them through the window. It makes the day feel a bit more normal than being in a big glass tower somewhere. We keep things pretty informal. There is no dress code and the coffee is usually just instant stuff we make ourselves. Dilshad Garden is a nice enough place, even if the parking is a nightmare in the evenings. We like it here because it is comfortable. It is not a place for big meetings or anything polished. We just handle the daily tasks and make sure everything is in order. Most people who come by are just locals or people who know us already. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office.
