Our office is located over in Ber Sarai, specifically at 7-A on the fifth floor in Room Number I. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. This is where we handle a lot of the background work for Air-India Air Transport Services. It isn't the airport with the planes and the runways; it’s a room with files, computers, and people trying to keep everything on track. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and dealing with the logistics of ground handling. The room is usually a bit cramped because we have so many records tucked away in every corner. We don't have a marketing team writing about how great we are. We’re just staff members who show up and do the administrative work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls. Sometimes we have tea together during the break and talk about things other than work. The Ber Sarai area is quite lively, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We’ve been in this building for a while and the walls are covered with old calendars and notices. It’s a very normal, functional workplace. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home to our families. It is steady work that requires a lot of attention to details.
