Aircel Store

You can find the Aircel Store over in Fateh Nagar, specifically in the DESU Colony area on Jail Road C-7. It is a handy location because so many people pass by on their way to work or the market. The shop isn't very big, but we have it organized with a couple of desks where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in. Mostly, people come in because their SIM card stopped working or they want to understand why their balance disappeared so fast. We have some posters on the walls and a glass door that lets in a lot of light from the street. Jail Road is always moving, so there is plenty to see if you look out the window. We try to keep the place tidy, though papers tend to pile up by the end of the afternoon. There is a small stool in the corner where I keep my bag and a lunch box. Working here means hearing the buses roar past all day long. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the system and how to fix the common problems people have with their mobile service. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people who live in the colony. They are mostly friendly and don’t mind waiting a few minutes if we are busy with another customer. It’s just a regular neighborhood store serving the local crowd.
