Aircel Store

This Aircel Store is located at Malviya Nagar Main Market, Shop D-83. Being in the main market means we are right in the middle of all the action. There are clothes shops and food stalls all around us. Our shop is quite simple with a counter and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their service issues to be resolved. We handle things like signal problems, billing, and new connections. It gets very loud outside with the shouting of vendors and the music from nearby stores. We often have to speak up just to be heard over the noise. The shop doesn't have much decoration, just the usual blue and white colors associated with the brand. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking records or helping people fill out forms for their SIM cards. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask customers to be patient. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for the people in Malviya Nagar who rely on their phones. We keep the shop open until late because that’s when the market is the busiest. You see all sorts of people coming through the door, some in a hurry and some who want to talk for a long time about their phone plans. We just take it one customer at a time and try to keep things moving.
