Aircel Store

Working at the Aircel Store in Connaught Place at K-28 is always interesting because of the location. CP is the heart of the city, and K-Block is usually packed with people walking around or going to the nearby offices. Our space is not huge, but it is right in the middle of all that action. We spend the day helping people with their mobile plans and sorting out connection problems. Since we are in such a busy spot, we get all kinds of people coming in from different parts of the city. Some are in a huge rush, while others have time to chat while we process their paperwork. The building is old, like most of Connaught Place, so it has that specific feel to it. We do not have a big corporate team here; it is just a few of us managing the counter and the back office. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the systems are slow, and there is not much we can do about it. We sit at our desks, handle the queries, and watch the crowds go by outside the window. It is a straightforward job at K-28. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. We just help you with your phone service and that is it. It can get loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while.
