We’re tucked away in F3 Ladoo Sarai, over in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, it's got a lot of history and narrow lanes. We’ve been here in Delhi 30 for a long time. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We spend our days looking at flights and travel routes for people. It’s a lot of coordination and checking schedules. Sometimes the systems are slow and it gets frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a place where we drink a lot of tea and talk to travelers on the phone. People come to us when they need to get from one place to another without too much trouble. We try to keep things simple. Mehrauli is a busy spot, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Delhi our whole lives. We know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic, though that's getting harder lately. We handle the bookings and the tickets and all those details that come with travel. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates. It’s not a flashy business, just a steady one that’s been part of the local community for years.
