Air Ticketing

We are up on the second floor of a building in Sector-7, Rohini. It’s at G-21 / 210, right in the middle of a lot of other shops and offices. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the printer going because we go through a lot of paper here. Dealing with airlines is a bit of a headache sometimes, but it is what we do. We spend most of our time clicking through different websites to find decent prices for people. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and computers. We try to keep things organized, though stacks of folders always seem to grow on the desks anyway. It gets quite hot in the summer up here on the second floor, so the AC stays on most of the day. Most of our customers are from around Rohini, people we’ve seen many times before. They drop in to ask about a trip or just to see if prices have gone down for the winter. We don't use any fancy software, just the same stuff everyone else uses, but we know our way around it pretty well. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, and the phone rings more than we’d like. But it’s a steady rhythm. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start looking for seats on planes for whoever needs one. It’s a simple business, really, and we just keep it moving one ticket at a time.
