Air Sahara

Down in Mahipalpur Ext, on Street Number 3, you’ll find our office at L/117. This is where we handle things for Air Sahara. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, mostly because it’s so close to the airport. You can hear planes overhead all day long. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets. It isn't a showroom. It’s a place where we try to sort out the logistics of flying. A lot of people come in looking for help with their tickets or trying to figure out why a flight was changed. We do our best to explain what’s happening, even when the news isn't what they want to hear. Dealing with air travel can be stressful for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time. The street outside is usually crowded with cars and people moving fast, so it’s never quiet here. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the printer jams when we're in a hurry, and the tea gets cold on the desk while we're on the phone. That’s just the reality of a working office. We’re just regular people trying to make the travel process a little less confusing for our customers. It's a lot of paperwork, but we get it done eventually.
