Air Sahara

Air Sahara has this branch out in Najafgarh, at Rz-246 in X Block, New Roshanpura. If you know Najafgarh, you know it feels a bit like the edge of the city. It’s a bit more open but also a lot dustier than central Delhi. Our office is a simple building on a street that doesn't always get paved as often as it should. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work overtime in the summer heat, and the floors are that old-fashioned stone that stays relatively cool. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport links, so we usually see the same faces every day. There isn't any fancy corporate decor here, just functional desks and old cabinets full of folders. We spend our time dealing with the logistics and the daily grind of the airline's ground operations. Sometimes the water cooler leaks a bit, or the door creaks when the wind catches it, but it’s our space. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass entrance. It’s just a group of people working in X Block, making sure the paperwork is correct and the schedules are managed. New Roshanpura is a busy little pocket, and we’ve become part of the landscape over time. It’s just a normal workplace with normal problems and a lot of work to get through before we head home in the evening.
