Air Sahara

Air Sahara has this office on the second floor of 51/13 Ashok Nagar in New Delhi. It’s been there for quite a while. You have to walk up the stairs since it’s on the second floor, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. Ashok Nagar is a busy area, but our street is a little more settled than the main roads. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual airline paperwork and talking to customers who stop by. It’s not a shiny new airport terminal; it’s just a regular office with some old files and a couple of printers that sometimes jam. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the travel industry over the years, but we’ve stayed put at this address. The staff here knows the area well, and we usually grab tea from the stall downstairs in the afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just handle the bookings and the queries as they come in. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take it one call at a time. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has that lived-in feel, which we actually like. It’s just where we work every day and we try to do a decent job for everyone who visits us without much fuss.
