Our office is tucked away in K-Block over in Mahipalpur, right in house number 298. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly narrow streets and a lot of transit hotels because the airport is so close. We aren't in some big glass tower. It’s a regular building where we handle the stuff for the airline. A lot of our day is spent dealing with flight details and making sure the ground stuff is sorted. It can get pretty hectic when there are delays, and the phones don't stop ringing then. The noise of the planes overhead is something you just get used to after a week or so. We’ve got a small setup here, just enough room for the desks and the files. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, more shops opening up and more people moving through. We usually grab lunch from one of the local dhabas nearby since they’re cheap and quick. It’s a practical place to work because we’re right where we need to be for the airport links. Nothing too flashy about it, just a lot of logistics and talking to people on the other side of the world. We keep the files organized and try to stay ahead of the schedules. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it, and being near the terminals makes the whole process a bit easier to manage.
