This office is located at G1/1079 in Mansarover Park. The address says Sachin Gujarat but the pincode 110032 is for New Delhi, which is a bit confusing for people sometimes. It’s a small branch office where we handle some of the airline's ground-level paperwork and admin tasks. It’s not one of those big airport terminals you might imagine. It’s just a simple room with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We get a lot of files and forms that need sorting, so there are usually stacks of paper everywhere. The area outside is quite busy, and you can hear the local traffic all day long. We don’t really have a lot of walk-in visitors here, it’s mostly just us working through the backlog of data. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief when it gets hot. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is basically what keeps us going. It’s a very functional space without any decorations or fancy stuff on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the flight schedules or the passenger records, and then head out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do; it’s just basic office work for the airline. We keep our heads down and get it done.
