This particular spot at 470, Type-2, near NH-4 in NIT Faridabad is one of the places where we handle things for the airline. It’s not the main airport or the big headquarters in the city, but it's where some of the ground-level coordination happens. Being in a Type-2 quarters area means it feels very much like a neighborhood. You’ve got people living their lives all around us while we are inside dealing with paperwork and airline matters. It’s a bit different from a glass office building. It’s more grounded and quiet. We have a few desks set up and we spend a lot of time on the systems. Faridabad is a bit of a trek from the main Delhi hubs, but it’s an important place for us to have a presence. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. We just focus on getting the tasks done that come down from the main office. Sometimes people come by with questions about their flights, even though we mostly do administrative stuff here. We try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a steady kind of work. We see the same people walking past every day, and it feels like we are part of the local community here in NIT. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in a regular part of Haryana.
