Air India

This branch of Air India is located in Jaipur, specifically in the Chand Bihari Nagar area. Sunil Kumar Swami is the one looking after things here at house number 36 in the K-5C scheme. It is out in Khatipura, which is a bit away from the main city rush but still a very active neighborhood. We don't have a huge airport hangar or a massive terminal building here. It is a much smaller, more personal setup where we deal with the day-to-day tasks that come with running an airline. We handle a lot of the background work that people don't usually see when they are flying. The office is simple and functional. We don't really go for the high-end decor you might see in a corporate headquarters. Instead, we have files, some computers, and a few chairs for when people drop by with questions. Jaipur is a beautiful place, and being in Khatipura lets us stay connected to the local community. We just get on with our jobs every morning. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are changes in flight schedules or new rules to follow. We don’t try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a local team working under a big name, trying to keep things organized for the passengers and the crew. It is just steady, daily work in a quiet corner of Jaipur.
