Air India

So, this is the Air India office over at Gole Market. We are specifically at 1/4B Sec 2 in the Diz Area. If you know the New Delhi-01 area, you know it is right in the middle of everything. It is an old building, which is typical for this part of the city. We have got desks piled with files and the sound of printers going almost all the time. It is not like the fancy terminals you see at the airport. This is where the actual ground work happens. People come in with questions about their tickets or wanting to change a flight, and we do our best to click through the system and find an answer. It can be a bit loud and crowded, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone is trying to travel at once. We have worked here for years, so we know the local tea stall and where to get a quick lunch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioning is a bit moody sometimes. But we are here every day, rain or shine. It is a government-link sort of vibe, very traditional. We use old staplers and big registers sometimes alongside the computers. It is just how we operate. We do not have a script; we just talk to people like neighbors. It is a busy, dusty, honest kind of place to work in the heart of Delhi.
