We are located at 23 Kallol Apartments in I.P. Extension, which is a residential complex in Delhi. It’s a bit unusual for a big name to be in an apartment, but this is where we handle things. The place is filled with the usual stuff you’d find in a home office—files shoved into corners, a couple of busy phones, and a printer that jams more often than we’d like. From the balcony, you can see the other buildings in the complex and hear the local sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a quiet contrast to the busy airports we’re usually thinking about. Most of our day is spent coordinating and checking on schedules. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the apartment and we’re there working. It’s a very grounded way to operate. We talk a lot about flights and passengers, but we’re doing it from a living room setup. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery for one of the neighbors. We’ve been in I.P. Extension 110092 for quite some time now, and it feels like a solid base. There’s no corporate polish here, just a group of people sitting around desks making sure things are moving as they should. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists, staying focused on the practical side of the airline business from a simple apartment in the middle of a busy residential block.
