Air India

This is the Air India office over in Mahipalpur Extension, specifically at House No. 317 on Street No. 6A in K-Block. It’s a bit tucked away, but that’s where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the airline. Most people just think about the planes up in the sky, but there is a lot of paperwork and planning that happens in small offices like this one. We’ve got a crew here in New Delhi working through files and making sure things stay on track. It’s not a glamorous spot, just a regular house turned into a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phones and the computers. Mahipalpur is always busy because it's so close to the airport, so there’s a lot of noise and traffic outside our door. We’re used to it by now. We aren't here to put on a show; we just need to get the daily tasks done so the bigger operation keeps running smoothly. It gets a little cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s happening at the airport or with the flights. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing from this little corner of K-Block. It’s just us, some coffee, and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. We try to keep it simple and get the job done right.
