This office is located in the Bhogal area of New Delhi. We are specifically at 4/8 Pantnagar. This is a local branch office, so it’s not the big main headquarters that people usually think of. We are right near the Gufa Mandir, which is a very large landmark in this part of the city. If you know where that temple is, you can find our building pretty easily. The office is inside a residential-style building, so it feels more like a house than a big corporate office. We handle a lot of local inquiries and some of the administrative paperwork for the airline. It is a busy little spot and there are always people coming in and out to ask about their flights or tickets. The area around us can get very crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially near the local market and the temple. We have been in this specific location for many years. It is a bit old-fashioned inside with heavy wooden desks and a lot of paper files stacked up. We don't have the newest computers in the world, but they get the job done for us. The staff has been working here for a long time, so we know many of the people who live in Pantnagar. It is a very grounded place and we don't use fancy talk. We just try to help people.
