Air India

Our office is tucked away at Rzg-685/2 in Rajnagar Part-Ll, right near Palam Colony. Being so close to the airport area means there’s always something going on with Air India. It’s a busy part of New Delhi 110045, and we’ve been here in this corner of India for quite some time. The building is just a regular place where we get through the daily paperwork and handle whatever comes our way. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a lot of scheduling and coordinating that goes on behind the scenes that people don't really see. We aren't sitting in some high-rise glass building; we're right here on the ground in the colony. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep at it. The staff here knows everyone’s name and we mostly just try to get the jobs done without any fuss. It’s a lot of logbooks and checking details over and over. People stop by with questions and we do our best to point them the right way. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been part of this street for a long time and we just keep the routine going every day.
