Air India has been part of New Delhi for a very long time. We are based right here in the heart of the city. It’s a big operation, but when you are on the ground, it feels like any other job where you have to show up and get things moving. The city is always moving fast around us. We deal with everything from passenger queries to making sure the schedules are followed as closely as possible. It’s not always easy with the weather or the technical stuff, but we stay at it. Our offices are spread out, but New Delhi is our main home. You see the staff in their uniforms and the pilots heading to the airport. It’s a lot of history here. We don't really talk about ourselves in a fancy way because everyone knows the name already. It’s just about being there for the flights and the people traveling. The office can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours, with phones ringing and people rushing around. We just try to keep a handle on it. There’s no secret to it, just a lot of hard work and making sure the planes get into the air. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but the airline is still here.
