Air India

We are based out of House Number 118A in Block L, right on Street 15 in the Mahipal Pur Extension. This is where we handle things, care of Mr. Johny Rathi. It’s a residential-feeling area but it gets a lot of activity because it's so close to the airport. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper. Our office is more of a practical space tucked into the neighborhood. We spend our days sorting through documents and taking care of the logistics side of things. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the street gets blocked by delivery trucks or it’s hard to find parking, but we make it work. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We have a few computers and some chairs for when people need to sit down and talk. The walls are a bit plain and we usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. We’ve been here in New Delhi 110037 for some time. Most of the people around here know Mr. Rathi and where the house is. We don't do much in terms of decoration or showing off. We just focus on the tasks at hand and getting the paperwork filed correctly. It’s a busy environment but we've got our own routine down. It’s just a regular house turned into a workspace for Air India at Mahipal Pur Extn.
