Air India operates out of House No:-1328 in Mahipalpur. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside the door with cars and people passing by at all hours. Our building is just a regular house, nothing that stands out too much if you’re driving past it. Inside, it’s a lot of paper, folders, and us trying to keep track of everything on our old desks. The rooms are a bit small, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside in the summer, but we get by. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image or having fancy signs everywhere. It’s more about just being here and doing what’s expected of us every single day. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we know each other's habits and how we like our tea. We drink a lot of chai and talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend rolls around. Mahipalpur is a convenient spot for us, even if the streets get narrow and crowded during the rush. We don’t have any big brochures or fancy websites to talk about ourselves. We just exist here at 1328 and do our thing. If someone stops by, we talk to them plainly. It's just a place of work, simple as that. We don't try to be something we're not. We're just a local group doing our jobs in a normal house. You get used to the noise after a while.
