You can find us at House Number 298 on Court Road, Street Number 2, in Adarsh Colony. We are located right here in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. It might seem like a quiet spot for something related to a big airline, but we stay pretty busy most days. People from the colony and the surrounding areas come to us when they need to figure out their flights. We are not the big airport office with the blue uniforms and the huge crowds. We are a local point of contact where you can actually sit down and talk to a real person. We deal with ticket bookings, changes to travel dates, and answering basic questions about what you can take on a plane. The office is small and practical. We have a computer, a printer, and a few chairs for when people have to wait. Sometimes the internet connection in Baghpat is a bit slow, so things take a little longer than we would like, but we always get there in the end. It is a lot of looking at routes and trying to find the best times for people to travel. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or folks who work nearby on Court Road. We try to be helpful and give clear answers to everyone. We do not use a lot of fancy travel talk. We just tell you what the computer says and help you get your boarding pass or your flight receipt printed out properly.
