This office is located at House Number 1328 on Road Number 04. It is an interesting spot because it is right on the border area between New Delhi and Haryana. Unlike the big airport terminals, this is a much more quiet and residential-feeling place to work. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with every day, mostly related to the operations that keep things moving behind the scenes. It is a plain house that we have converted into a working space. There is a small garden out front that someone tries to look after, though the Delhi sun is usually too harsh for the plants. Inside, the rooms are filled with filing cabinets and a few old computers. We don't have many visitors here since most of the public goes to the main offices, so it’s just us doing the daily grind. The road outside is usually dusty, and we see a lot of local traffic passing through to the nearby sectors. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. It’s a very basic setup. There are no fancy uniforms or big slogans on the walls here. We just sit at our desks and get through the lists of tasks. Sometimes we hear the planes overhead, which reminds us of the bigger picture, but mostly we just focus on the papers in front of us.
