Air India

This Air India office is tucked away in Satishar Apartment, Sector-7, Dwarka. Specifically, we are at B-603 in Plot No. 6. It is a bit unusual to have an office for a major airline inside a residential apartment complex, but it works for what we need to do here. This is not the place where you go to board a plane or see the big logos. It is more of an administrative spot where we handle specific tasks away from the chaos of the airport. The view from the sixth floor looks out over Dwarka, which is usually quite busy with traffic. Inside the apartment, we have converted the rooms into workspaces with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. It is a quiet place most of the time, except for when the phones start ringing. We deal with a lot of internal paperwork and coordination that people do not usually see. The atmosphere is very relaxed compared to the main terminals. We wear regular clothes mostly, and we take our lunch breaks in the small kitchen area. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We have been in this sector for a while, and the neighbors know us. It is just a practical way to manage the workload without the overhead of a massive downtown office. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the daily reports finished on time.
