Air India

Our place is located at House No.1139 in Sector-7, R.K. Puram. It is an older part of New Delhi but it has a lot of character and history. Working with Air India from this specific spot means we see a lot of different things every single day. It is mostly about keeping the gears turning behind the scenes of the airline business. There are a lot of old files and a lot of history inside these rooms. We do not really go for that high-end corporate look that you see in the magazines. Most of the desks are a bit old and the chairs might squeak a little when you sit down, but it is where we get the job done. Dealing with aviation is complicated, so we just try to take everything one step at a time. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing for hours and other times it is just the sound of us typing away on our keyboards. We have a mix of people here, some are young and some have been with the company since before I was even born. It is a practical environment through and through. We do not spend time on fancy speeches or big presentations. We just look at what needs to be sorted for the flights and we do it. R.K. Puram is a busy area, but our little corner is where we focus our energy. It is just regular work, really.
