You can find our office in New Layal Pur, which is near Chander Nagar in Delhi. It is not the big airport headquarters you might see on TV. This is just a small local branch where we handle things on the ground. The address is 222C, and it is a pretty simple building. We have people coming in all the time asking about their bags or their flight times. It gets quite crowded in the small waiting area, especially when there is a delay. We do not have fancy furniture. It is mostly just metal chairs and old counters. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office trying to get answers for folks. Sometimes the printers jam right when we need to print a boarding pass. It is just the way things are. The neighborhood is full of life, and you can hear the street sounds through the front door. We have been at this location for a good while. We know the local shops and the people who walk their dogs past the window. It is a very human place to work. We do not use corporate jargon here. If a flight is late, we just tell people it is late. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It is a basic office doing basic work for people who are traveling. No one is wearing a fancy suit today.
