Our office is located at house 1722 in Pana Mamurpur, which is part of the Narela area in Delhi. It is a busy spot and we have been here for a good while now. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and getting the computers running. It is not a very big space, just a regular room where we handle the ticketing and flight inquiries. People from around the neighborhood stop by quite often. Some want to book a trip and others just have questions about their luggage or flight times. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big lobby for people to wait in. There are just a few chairs and our desks. We keep a lot of records in files because sometimes the digital systems act up. It is a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. We do not try to be something we are not. This is just a local place where we do our work and help people with their travel plans. My colleagues and I have worked together for years. We know the routine well. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish up. We do not use any big marketing talk here. We just sit at our desks and try to make sure every booking is handled correctly. It is a simple job in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and get through the day.
