We've been operating out of the Mehram Nagar area for quite some time now. Being right near Palam Airport in New Delhi makes sense for what we do at Air India. It's a busy spot, always people coming and going with their luggage and tickets. Most days are just about getting things sorted for the next flight. The office here at 8/162 isn't anything fancy, just a place where the work gets done. You’ll see staff running around, checking schedules, and dealing with the usual airport chaos. It’s not always quiet, but that’s just how it is when you’re this close to the runways. People know us as the national carrier, though on the ground here, it feels more like a local hub. We deal with all sorts of situations, from delayed bags to last-minute changes. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just the sound of planes overhead. We've stayed in this neighborhood because it keeps us close to the action. It’s practical. There’s no big corporate lobby here, just desks and people trying to make sure everything stays on track. We've seen the airport change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same old spot. It’s a job that keeps everyone on their toes, every single day. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the planes get where they need to go.
