Air India has a small presence here at C - 770 in the DDA LIG Flats, East Of Loni Road in Shahdara. This isn't the big airport office or the fancy headquarters; it’s a more humble spot in a residential part of Delhi 110093. Because we are in the LIG flats, the atmosphere is very much like a neighborhood. We see the same people walking by every day, and we know the local vendors quite well. In this office, we handle a lot of the smaller, day-to-day things that people need help with regarding their flights or bookings. It’s a simple room with a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of ledgers. We don't have the big flashy signs or the high-tech kiosks here. It’s more about sitting down and talking through an issue until it’s sorted out. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or the street noise gets a bit loud, but that’s just part of being in Shahdara. Our staff is local and we talk to our customers in a way that is easy to understand. We aren't here to give you a big corporate presentation. We are just here to help with tickets and questions in a part of the city that doesn't always get the most attention. It’s a small, practical operation that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
