Air India

This specific office for Air India is located in Janakpuri, New Delhi, specifically at D2A, 34D. It is a residential-looking block but we have our operations going from here. It is a far cry from the big airport terminals, but this is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens. We have desks piled with files and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. Janakpuri is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is not anything special to look at. We have a small corner for tea and the windows do not always open properly when we want some fresh air. It is just where we come to get the job done every day. We deal with a lot of logistics and paperwork that most people never see when they are flying. It can be a bit tiring, especially when there are delays or changes in the schedule that we have to track. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform here. It is just us in our regular clothes, trying to keep things organized. We have been at this location for quite a while now. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and we have found a rhythm that works. We are just staff members making sure the wheels keep turning. It is a lot of routine work.
