Our spot is over at 38-3/32 in Regharpura, which is right in the middle of Karol Bagh. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shoppers and the rickshaws constantly moving around. It’s pretty noisy outside most of the time. Inside this office, we handle a lot of different things related to flight travel and bookings. It isn’t a massive building, just a regular space where we sit with our files and computers. Sometimes the desks get a bit messy with all the paperwork we have to go through. We’ve been at this Karol Bagh location for a while now, so we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People walk in frequently asking about international tickets or just trying to fix a mistake they made online. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to the main hub or trying to clear up issues for passengers. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, and the air conditioning struggles a bit when it's really hot in May, but we keep things moving. We don't really do the fancy advertising stuff you see on TV. We just work here and deal with whatever comes up that day. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit when things get too hectic. It is just a normal office doing its part in a very busy and dusty part of Delhi.
