Air India

Our office is located at B 68 in Bholi Nagar, which is right by the Masjid Moth area here in Delhi. It is a pretty old part of the city, and we have been tucked away in this building for a long time. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for Air India. It is mostly about managing the staff rotations and making sure the documentation is correct for the flights. It is not a very large space, and it often feels a bit cramped with all the boxes and files we have lying around. We do not have any big signs or anything to show off. We are just a group of people trying to keep the airline running as smoothly as we can. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually go for our breaks. Dealing with the public and the travel industry can be stressful, but we are used to the fast pace by now. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just basic operations and clerical work. Sometimes things get messy with the flight schedules, and we have to stay late to fix everything. We just take it as it comes. It is a job that keeps us busy, and we are glad to be part of the local community in Masjid Moth. Delhi is our home, and we just keep at it every single day without making a big fuss about it.
