Our place is at 8/34 Mehram Nagar, which is pretty much right next to the Delhi Domestic Airport. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long, which is something you eventually just stop noticing after a week or two of working here. Being so close to the airport means there is always something moving around outside our windows. It is a bit of a crowded area with some really narrow streets, so parking your car can be a real headache if you are not used to the layout. Most people living around here are somehow connected to the airport or the various travel stuff that goes on nearby. We have been at this New Delhi address for a good while and the building is just a normal, everyday spot. There is nothing special about the architecture, just some sturdy walls and a roof where we get our things done. Sometimes the dust from all the construction around the terminal gets everywhere, so we are constantly cleaning off the desks and the equipment. It is very convenient if you are flying out, obviously, but for us, it is just the place where we go to work every morning. We see a lot of people passing through the neighborhood with their big suitcases. The local shops stay very busy because of all the foot traffic from travelers and workers. It gets quite loud in the late afternoons but we don't mind it.
