We are located in Palam Colony, which is really close to the domestic airport. If you step outside our door, you can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long. It is a noisy place to work, but you get used to the roar after a few days. Our office is a functional spot where we deal with all the daily tasks that come with being so close to the airfield. There’s always a lot of dust because of the traffic and the wind from the runways. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of logbooks. It is a busy area with people always rushing around to catch flights or get to work. We spend our time checking schedules and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not the most glamorous part of town, but it is where all the action is. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a small fan that keeps the air moving and a water cooler in the corner. People come in and out all the time, asking for directions or checking on flight times. We’ve been in this spot for years. It’s a very practical environment where we focus on getting the work done. We don't have much time for small talk when things get hectic, which is most of the time. It is just the way things go here in Palam.
