Air India

We are situated in Palam Colony at Rz-213B on Street Number 9. This is in the Sadh Nagar area of New Delhi. Being so close to the airport, the whole neighborhood has a specific energy to it. You can hear the planes taking off all the time, which is fitting for where we work at Air India. Our office is a simple building on a narrow street. It’s a very local vibe here, with shops and houses all packed together. We handle various airline support tasks in this office. It’s not the flashy corporate side of the airline, but the gritty, everyday work that keeps things moving. The desks are a bit old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s home to us. We’ve got a lot of files and old manuals lying around. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the street vendors by name. It’s the kind of place where people stop to chat while they’re working. We don't have a lot of space, so things can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy, functional spot that serves its purpose well. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Palam. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day long. We don't mind the noise much anymore, as it's just part of the job.
