Air India

We are located at C3/64 in the Indian Airlines Colony over in Vasant Vihar. This part of New Delhi is quite familiar to anyone who has been in the airline business for a while. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a neighborhood than a corporate hub. We have been here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it is home to us. Our daily routine is mostly about handling the various bits and pieces that come with being part of a big name like Air India. We see a lot of the same faces every day, from the pilots living nearby to the ground crew. It is a bit of a tight-knit community here in 110057. There is always a bit of chatter about flight schedules or who is coming back from a long haul. We don't have any big flashy lobbies or anything. It's just desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paperwork that needs doing. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can. It is a lot of history in these walls, and we are just the current lot taking care of things. No one puts on airs around here. We just get on with it and stay until the work is finished.
