We have a small place at 24-A, which is a single-storey building in Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi. The pin code is 110015. Ramesh Nagar is a busy residential area, so having an Air India office here feels very local. It’s not like the big offices you might see at the airport. Here, it’s mostly about handling the local paperwork and talking to people who live nearby. The building is older and has that classic Delhi feel to it. We have a few desks and some old fans that hum while we work. People come in with questions about their flights or their tickets, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and typing into the old systems. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once. We keep it simple here. There aren't any big signs or flashy lights. We just do the job day after day. The street outside is always full of life, with vegetable sellers and people going about their business. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the day is going. It is a steady kind of work in a very familiar neighborhood. We have been here for a long time and the locals know where to find us if they need anything related to their travel. It’s just how we operate.
