Air India

Over at Sheikh Sarai Phase-1, we have this small setup in the Sfs Category-1 block. It is at 14-C, which isn't hard to find once you get into the residential lanes. Air India has been around a long time, but this specific spot feels more like a local hub than a big office. The neighbors are mostly families, so it gets quiet in the afternoons. We see a lot of people walking their dogs or heading to the local markets while we are sitting at the desks. The desks are a bit old and the files tend to pile up if we aren't careful. Dealing with the Delhi heat in the summer is always a struggle, even with the fans going full blast. We mostly just handle the bits and pieces of paperwork that come through this branch. It isn’t like the big terminals with all the noise and rushing around. Here, things move at a slower speed. Sometimes someone will stop by asking for directions because the house numbering in Phase-1 can be a little confusing if you aren't from here. We just point them the right way and get back to the computer screens. It’s a straightforward way to spend the work week. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some milk we get from the shop nearby. It is just a normal job really.
