Our office for Air India is located C/O: - S-94, Pandav Nagar on Patpar Gunj Road. We are quite near the Mother Dairy landmark, which most people in this part of the area use to find us. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic passing by all the time. We work out of this Pandav Nagar spot handling various bits of administrative work and helping people who stop by with questions. It’s a practical space, nothing like the big airports you might see on TV. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files. Working near Patpar Gunj Road means there is always noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the flight details and the paperwork that comes with running an airline office. People often drop in because they are lost or need to check something about their booking. We do our best to help them out from our desks here. It is a bit of a crowded area, but it’s a good location because everyone knows the Mother Dairy nearby. We stay open during regular hours and just keep at the daily tasks. It’s about making sure the data is entered correctly and the schedules are followed. It’s just a normal day’s work for us. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything else going.
