You can find us at 22/87 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood in New Delhi with a lot of houses and local shops nearby. Air India has had this office here for quite a while now. It’s a bit different from the big airport terminals because we are right in the middle of a residential and commercial block. The zip code is 110008. We handle a lot of the local tasks from this building. The office itself isn't anything special to look at. It has desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of people coming in to ask questions about their flights. Sometimes the street outside gets so crowded with cars and rickshaws that it's hard to get to the door. We’ve grown used to the noise over the years. We aren't here to put on a show; we are just here to do our jobs and help the passengers who come by. It’s a very grounded way of working for an airline. We know the regular faces from the neighborhood, and it feels like we are part of the local community. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a counter and some chairs for people to wait. It’s a practical space where we work hard every day to keep things on track for everyone who travels with us. That’s just how we do things in this part of town.
