Air India Transport Services Ltd

Our office is tucked away in the Shivalik Apts, specifically at number 36. It’s a quiet residential area in New Delhi, which is a bit different from the usual airport chaos we deal with. Being part of Air India Transport Services Ltd means there is always a lot of coordination happening. We spend most of the day on the phone or staring at schedules on the computer. The apartment office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We aren't really the ones you see at the check-in counters; we’re more the behind-the-scenes group handling the transport side of things. The paperwork can get thick, especially with all the rules we have to follow. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been at this address for a while, so the neighbors know who we are. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of people trying to make sure the transport side of things runs smoothly. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it and we just keep at it every single day.
