Our office is located at 100-B in Huunpur, which is part of the Safdarjung Enclave area. We are right on the ground floor, which makes it pretty easy for anyone to find us. We deal with tourism and business development for Air India here. Being so close to the Safdarjung Airport means there is always a lot going on around us. The office isn't very big, and it’s filled with desks, computers, and stacks of files about travel routes and schedules. We spend a lot of our day talking to people who want to know about flights or how to organize their business trips. Since we are on the ground floor, people often just pop in with a quick question while they are walking by. The area can get a bit dusty and loud because of all the cars, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big travel agency with posters everywhere; we are more focused on the development side of things. There are just a few of us working here, and we’ve all been in the industry for a long time. We don't use any complicated systems, just the standard stuff to keep everything organized. Sometimes we take turns getting snacks from the local vendors nearby. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We just focus on getting the flight details right and helping out whoever walks through the door today or tomorrow.
