Air India (Nacil)

Our location is D-122/B, specifically on Street No. 9 in Sanjay Mohalla. This is in the Bhajanpura area of Delhi. It’s a tight street, not like the big main roads you see in the city center. We are part of the Air India setup, or NACIL as it was called. Even though it’s a big name, this office feels very local. You walk past houses and small shops to get to us. The address is 110053. Working here is interesting because you see the everyday life of the mohalla while dealing with airline stuff. It’s a bit of a contrast. The office itself is quite simple. We have the usual files and some old computers that take forever to start up. It gets quite dusty because of the constant construction nearby. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. It’s just a place where we do the clerical work and keep track of things. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket right outside the door. We have to be careful when we walk out so we don't get hit by a ball. It’s a real Delhi spot. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just speak plain English or Hindi and get on with the tasks. It’s a bit crowded inside, especially when we have a lot of documents to process. But it works for us and we have been here a good long time now. We like the tea from the stall nearby.
